Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe - Video Card usage

I have one of the Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboards on order but at this time I cannot afford the twin video cards. I have an ATI All-In-Wonder X600 Pro PCI Express 256 MB Card. Can I use it with rth Asus Board and are their any setup changes I need to make to use it - Slot to install it in, etc. ?

It will work fine. I have a x800xl in my Deluxe and I love it.
