Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe Bios

I will be firing up my SLI rig tonight. The only thing I am waiting for is the video card which will be here this afternon.

Anyway, I realize with these new motherboards you can flash the bios from Windows. Do I boot from a floppy and flash the bios first or do I install Windows and then flash the bios. Please advise.
 
I never flashed mine, went ahead and installed everything; I figured that the thing is so new anyway I'd just go ahead and give it a shot with the default. My system seems to be perfectly stable in every way, although I haven't done an extensive burn-in yet.
