First off all, this system has NEVER crashed before, which is quite exceptional for a windows system. It has had issues when enabling NCQ for a few minutes ( Maxline III) , which may be the cause.

Anyway, I can install it, connect to the VPN gateway, give username/password, I receive the correct key, the thing asks me to restart, after the restart, I open securemote and click connect, then the system crashes bizarre. ... where to look? is this a windows issue ? an NF4 issue ? or an issue of this particular mobo ?

I recently installed the Cisco VPN client and afterwards I kept getting BSODs with an error about HTTP.SYS; I finally decided to do a system restore and just roll back to when everything was good.

abd you also have an NF4 ? I wish I had BSODs , those can often be solved, mine just reboots without warning, no msg whatsoever ...
