ASUS A8N or MSI NEO4???

I am really trying to pick between these boards. I heard on the msi side that the winchesterwont overclock that much with em only like 220 mhz. Also the asus has descent ocing. Just tell me what u guys think to get!!! PLZ!! IM GETTING MOBO REALLY SOON!!
