anyways im trying to decide to just stick with the asus i would be getting or go get the msi... which is better (from experience) with overclocking and stability and overall use? any imput would be appreciated but please just dont give and answer without a reason kinda defeats the point in posting back in this thread.... i never understood y ppl would even bother....

I don't know specifics on those mobos OCing capabilies sadly, but you could check the motherboards area or http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/ for specific OCing info.
The biggest thing i'd look for is whether or not the Asus has a PCI-e/PCI lock & SATA locks (also on the MSI).
