ASUS A8N-E vs A8N-SLI

I could really use some help picking out a mobo and some RAM. The rest of the system is pretty much something like this:

Antec P180
Antec TruePower II 550w
AMD64 3200+
ATI x800xl (I already have this)
2 OEM SATA hard drives
2 optical drives

E=normal pci-e nf4 board, SLI= twwo pci-e slots for running two vid cards in your system. You dont need this because your vid card doesnt support SLI. If you do want to get two cards in your system wait for ATIs crossfire as that will support running two of the x800s.

I picked up a SLI version just because the E version wasn't available at Newegg, and at Monarch it had shipping included. The SLI version had free shipping so it was almost the same price.
