ASUS A8N-E and 3700+ (939) BIOS Flashing

Can I reflash the bios for this combo w/o a floppy? Reason I ask is I've read those who've used the 3700+ and A8N-E combo have had to reflash with latest bios to detect the San Diego core, anyways... was curious if I can plug the CPU into the board and still have it start up to windows then reflash it... OR would i have to do it outside of Windows via floppy disk?

Sure you can but i would recommend doing it from dos with a floppy. I have the same processor and motherboard. My board cam pre flashed with 1004 bios and it had no problem detecting the core correctly
