Asus A8N Deluxe Beeping Noise

I have an Asus A8N deluxe motherboard with an FX-53, 2 gb ram, and a 7800 GT videocard. My PSU is an Antec Neo 480. I have a few fans, four SATA drives, two dvd drives, and two ide drives connected to the motherboard. I also have a RocketRaid card PCI card with 6 IDE drives connected to it. I have disabled all of the fan warnings in the bios.

Here is my problem. I had trouble using my Neo to power all of my stuff, so I bought another Neo and used a PSU tester to get it to power up my other drives. My main Neo powers the motherboard, 2 SATA, videocard, two IDE drives connected to the motherboard, fans, and dvd drives. My second Neo powers the other 2 SATA and the 6 IDE drives connected to the RocketRaid. After about 30 minutes or so, my motherboard will start beeping and it will not stop. If I reboot, then I can run everything fine, but then the beeping starts again after a bit. If I remove some of the drives from the second Neo PSU, then I can run everything fine without any beeping. I thought I just needed a bit more juice, so I added an old Antec AT PSU 350W to power the remaining drives (bringing my PSU usage to three!). However, when I do that I still get the beeping noise after awhile.

I am not sure why I am getting a beeping noise. Do I need to buy a couple of 1kw PSU? Is the motherboard overheating somehow (I am not overclocking anything)? Is there a problem with the RocketRaid card?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
