I just brought the refreb one from newegg which is missing some of the main good parts but oh well im broke. Anyway does anyone have this board and is it a good buy w/ a 1700+! I heard its pretty overclockable so yooooo repsone.
 
Im using a A7V8X too, with a AMD 1800 palomino, thats why it isnt overclocked. using temp 256 meg Elixr (sp) memory, ddr2700@333and set to turbo, no problems after i flashed the bios with newest beta bios, had reboots before i flashed.

everyone says run the mem @266 same as cpu, well in all tests its faster at 333 and no problems so why not use 333

as for the overclocking, im not that much up on it so i wont try to give advice on that issue. I have had zero board problems (except for the bios update)

radeon 9000p works good in it too.
be aware that with ddr400 mem the board is picky, Asus list what ddr400 on their site.
northbridge has no fan, but doesnt seem to need one either.

dont know what else to day, havent had it but about a month
