ASUS A7V333 Retail VS OEM

I am about to order the OEM version of A7V333 from newegg for $140. When I look at the pictures it seems that everything is included. Am I missing anything if i don't get the retail version, or I would just get a nicer box?

Do you get a new back plate? The inputs & outputs on that motherboard are non-standard (it has more USB ports on the back). So you'll need a special plate for your case or you'll have to go without.

I just checked the NewEgg pics and there is a new back plate, so nevermind.

I suspect that the only difference is the box, and maybe warranty.
