The jumperless mode allows changing CPU voltage and clocking in the BIOS. The board still has a few jumpers you may want/need to adjust. For example, if you want to disable the onboard RAID controller on the RAID model, or the USB 2.0 or Firewire controllers, you will need to use jumpers for those. And there is a pair of jumpers which control memory voltage, and they are not mentioned in the manual. If you get an A7V333, make sure to correct the memory voltage.
