Asus A7V333 BIOS Problems

Alright, first off, here are my system specs:

Asus A7V333
Athlon XP 2000+
MSI GeForce3 TI500
Sound Blaster Audigy
Western Digital 80 gig hd special edition
Lite-On DVD-ROM 16x
Enermax 350W PS
Windows XP Professional
BIOS 1008

My problem is this, first off Warcraft3 will crash on me occasionally. (I noticed usually after the computer has been on for a few hours)
I something like, "FATAL ERROR .... ACCESS VIOLATION ... 0X000000C5 ... THE MEMORY COULD NOT BE READ" Seems to be a common error, goto blizzards support, do all their instructions, still get the error. Now, I restarted my comp to check the temperature (in the BIOS) and it seems ok. 27 for the mobo and 51 for the cpu celcius. After looking around in the BIOS, it freezes. Restart, try the same stuff and it freezes. Other times, it'll bring up a blue screen with some characters like "f'h1uUi>>" The computer seems to only do this after leaving it on for a few hours.
What is wrong? heh

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
I believe the cooling system is good enough. My case is a Lian-Li PC60 with 3 case fans. The heatsink is an AX7 and the cpu fan is a 50.2 CFM Sunon. The temperatures seem to be good enough according to the BIOS...

I forgot the mention my RAM is 1 stick of 512 PC2700 Mushkin.
 
Download and run memtes86 on that computer, put it on loop for a few hours, I think you may have a bad stick of RAM. Otherwise try clearing cmos.
 
Well, I seemed to have been able to fix my problems, but I still have testing to do.

First off, I upgraded my BIOS to 1011, solved nothing. Downgraded to 1007, now my BIOS does not crash.
Second, my RAM seems to be o.k. Ran memtest86 and got about 14 errors. Mushkin says its fine and I should only worry if I get more than 50. Mushkin also told me to change the bios setting "SDRAM 1T Command Control" to "Disabled" I have no idea what this is and neither did they, but it seems to be working better.
Finally, I got the latest drivers for my motherboard. (I did this before and it didn't fix anything.)

No single change fixed my motherboard, it was just a combination of changes and constant testing. Seems I found the right settings so I'm leaving it this way. Hope this provides useful info for anyone with mobo problems.

 
Are you still getting memory errors in Memtest-86? I personally think zero is a good indication of good memory, but thats just me.
