ASUS A7V266-C Performance

I'm looking to buy a new system (something nice and cheap, I'm a student with very limited budget ).
I would like to know what everyone thinks about the ASUS A7V266-C. I'll be running the following setup:

ASUS A7V266-C
AMD Duron 1.3GHz
512MB PC2100 DDR
MSI GeForce4 Ti4200 (very curious about how this card would run with this board)
LG 52x CDROM
Maxtor 40GB 7200RPM HDD

Any information/input you might have on this board (or any other parts of this system) is well appreciated.
If anyone is wondering why in the world I would choose this board and the Duron, it's because of the price.
If anyone has personal experience with this board, it would be great to hear it! (good as well as bad)

I'll let you know. I ordered one from Axiontech today to replace a dead iWill board. It should be in Wednesday and I expect to have it installed later that evening. For a $75 ASUS board it is worth a try.
