gezz i was expecting it in april they are probably waiting for the new revision of the kt266 chip from via (supposed to perform alot better, and a lot less buggy)
According to X-bit Labs, ASUS will be releasing the A7V266 very soon. They expect the board to hit the market by the end of July. ASUS will ship out the fifth revision of the board (no SDRAM slots).
rev 1.05 is alot different then the one that was supposed to be released back in april, it no longer has pc133 memory slots, it will only take ddr now (3 slots) and it no longer has the promise raid controller.
I was thinking of getting a Gigabyte GA-7DXR but the news of the ASUS A7V266 becoming available at the ned of this month might change my mind.
What do you guys think will the wait be worth it?
