Asus A7V133 Will not POST

I just bought a new Asus A7V133 motherboard that will not POST. I recently had a EPOX EP-8KTA board fail on me so I went ahead and replaced it. After discussing the problem with a few techies, I am led to believe my power supply may have damaged the EPROM. I have tried another power supply but the problem remains. The computer will turn on but thats it. Where can I find a replacement EPROM for the ASUS board?:|
