Asus a7v "resource conflicts".

I have a asus a7v ,duron 650, 128 ram,voodoo 3 pci sound card, acer 56k modem and soundblaster live card. I am having trouble in allocating the cards to the right slots.Thus i am encountering irq resource conflicts. Can anyone please tell me which slots i should put the voodoo3 ,modem and sound card.Any help would be much appreciated.:;😕
