Asus A7V BIOS 1005a Bootdisk!

I know this is a gimp question, but the 4-disk WIN2k boot disk doesn't get me into DOS. Where can I find a DOS boot- disk (for WIN2k Pro) with enough room for aflash.exe and 1005a?

PC ran perfect with 1003 now unstable with 1004a

try bootdisk.com or you can always flash within W2K. I have no problems flashing BIOS within W2K.

You can also type "SYS C: A:" from a command prompt (of course without the quotes).

I tried the "sys c: a:" from command prompt, got error. With the bootdisk I used, DOS doesn't recognize any drive but A:. Will this cause problems when flashing BIOS?
I flashed my BIOS anyway to 1005a. Booted successful, holding breath...

Anyone experience conflicts with the following parts?
