Asus A7V (ATA 100)
Can someone please help me, I need to know if this is the board to get with my T-bird cpu.. ??? It's a socket A board.. does the ata 100 mean that the bus speed is 100 mhz??? IF anyone knows something about this board, please help me.

The A7V uses the Promise Controller chip for the ATA100 (hard-disk) interface. The VIA 686A Southbridge provides slower ATA66 interfaces as well. The two combine allow 8 ATA/ATAPI devices to be connected. There's reviews of the A7V here and at other sites on the net. Good mobo but I think the MSI PRO2A is better.
