I was wondering if this motherboard was not terrible for very basic use. I would just use the computer for word processing, mp3 streaming, and minor web use.
 
I have one and its stable but i think most people like the MSI Ultra better. I had a Leadtek 735 that was much faster than this Asus. The leadtek memory bandwidth was right on par with other mobo's of its class. I went backards with this Asus.........
 
I bought a Asus A7s333 for my second computer (it was really cheap and my old kt266 was giving me problems) and it's performed really well and I've had no stability issues with it at all.
