asus a7nax delux need help

i'm not experienced in putting mobo in and this has been my first attempt so please bare with me, problem; i installed the a7nax and the it bleeped and took me to the bio page i set the cpu external freq to 133 and put memory freq on 133 and left memory timing on optimal iplugged in my headphones and post speech tells me that i have successfully past post and the system is now booting from os but it does not boot up and keeps going through post, the fsb on the mobo was set to pins 1+2 so i changed them to 2+3 and this did not work eighter, i am using samsung 2100 1 stick and another stick of generic crap so i've left out the crap and left the samsung in but this did'nt work i tried taking everything out and just left the memory and vidio card and this did'nt work i left multiply on 12.5 and have not changed this the system seems to go through post successfully but just won't boot up from os i am using xp home sp1 bois are 1001c athlon 2000+ if anyone could advise me in plain english i would be very greatful.
