Hi All

I need to build a computer for my office. If you had a choice between a Nforce2 board or the Intel
Springdale which would u go with? I not interested in games or overclocking. Want a fast, realiable machince that is gonna be compatible with all the software and hardware out. I am also gonna have to use 2 sticks of crucial 2100ddr and a matrox g550 video card.

Thanks

Performance in Business Winstone 2002, for what it may be worth...

I went with nForce2 + 15000rpm SCSI, like this, for my office system. If you've only got PC2100, then I'd suggest doing the AthlonXP 2400+, which will sync nicely with your PC2100.

If you can afford about $300 for an 18Gb Cheetah 15k.3 and a SCSI controller, then it's a real treat to work with. Waranteed for 5 years of 24/7 usage, too! 18Gb is more than enough room for most office users (most of my office users are using about 3Gb).
