Asus A7N8X-X + Gigabyte Radeon 9200 = No video?

I'm putting the following system together for a friend and everything seems to work fine (fans spin up, no beeping) except it won't send a video signal to the monitor. We've tried an old TNT2 card with the new system and got the same problem. Both the TNT2 and the Radeon 9200 work fine when placed in another computer.

Am I just overlooking something or do I have a motherboard problem?

AMD Athlon XP 2800
512mb DDR400
Gigabyte Radeon 9200 128mb
Western Digital 80gb hard disk (7200rpm, 8mb cache)
Lite-On 52x CD-RW
Lite-On DVD-ROM
Antec Sonata case w/ True380 power supply

I had a problem with my A7N8X that was similar, turned out the video card was seated ever so slightly out the slot.

I checked endless times and when i finally gave the card a hard thud into place it worked without a problem

If its not that then it sounds like a dead agp port

Also try resetting the BIOS.
