ASUS A7N8X setup overlook....powering issues?

Hey. Another one here buying parts for the new a7n8x. I'm putting in one of the nifty little AGOIA +1600 with 2 PC2100 Corsair 256Mb Sticks and using a ThermaTake Volcano6Cu+ fan with probably a liteon CDRW and 3 7200 RPM HDs. I currently have a crappy PowerMagic 350w PS. I want to overclock the 1600 to at least the capibility of a +2000 (isn't that 1.6?). Does anyone think my current setup will not get enough power from the 350w? Does anyone think I'll have conflicting setup issues with this?

Oh, I'll have a Aopen GForce 4MX 128Mb running as well. Thoughts? Thanks.

That should be enough power, if the powersupply is really 350Watt

Look at my sig, and you'll see what I'm running on a 300watt HEC, which is AMD approved, and according to "that other sites psu reviews" is the best performer for the price you can get.

ARE YOU INSANE, MAN?!? For minimally more $$ you can get a 1700+ TB and PC2700, run the thing at a 166 FSB and run the proc at least at 2200+. Running it with PC2100 will not give you any performance advantage over a KT266 chipset mobo. Why even bother buying this mobo if you are going to run it at half speed?
