Which motherboard is better for my hardware?

ASUS A7N8X-E -=OR=- ABIT Abit NF7-S

Right now i have an AMD athlon XP 1800+ (looking to upgrade to a 2500+)
512MB PC2100 DDR memory
radeon 9500 pro
60GB 7200rpm WD HD
right now i have the ASUS A7N266-E
(onboard 5.1 sound)
(onboard lan)
(onboard geforce 2 [disabled])

those are the 2 i am deciding between... which one is better? and will my ram work
with either one?

Depends on the brand of the RAM, but either board should suit your needs. Personally I'd go with ASUS because I have had several ABIT failures....Actually I would go for the Epox EP-8RDA3+, because I am very impressed with Epox lately, but seriously if you want the ASUS or the Abit you probably won't go wrong either way.
