Asus A7N8X Deluxe... would you buy one refurbed for $69?

Okay... I want a nForce 2 board for my computer. I've been looking around and almost bought a Leadtek K7NCR18D-Pro yesterday. I'm looking through Newegg's refurbed section and they have an A7N8X for $69. Can you purchase the backplate and what not from ASUS if you don't get lucky and get everything from Newegg?
