Asus A7N8X Deluxe / SATA Problem

I lost my 2 hard drives on the SATA ports. My computer crashed while loading a program and I had to do a hard reboot. When it loaded up the 2 120gb hdds were not located. I can load up my PC because i have the OS on my 80gig which is the primary the other 2 drives are just storage. Now I get a new hardware prompt "Raid Controller Found" but I can't detect the drivers. I popped in the Asus CD with the SATA Drivers on it but it doesn't detect it. I also downloaded the latest drivers off their website and that doesn't do anything. Anyone ever have a problem like this?
