Asus A7N8X Deluxe Random Rebooting

I just setup this new PC, but i'm having a big issue with random rebooting.
Once in a while when I'm browsing the web, the PC will just reboot. The
last couple of times it has occured when opening a minmized web page,
or a link that spawns a new web page.

I don't think it's a heat problem since using Asus Probe 2, my CPU temp
holds around 48-52C and mobo temp is 36C right now.

My setup is:
1003 Bios
1.16 Nforce from Asus
AMD Athlon XP 2700
SLK-800 with Panaflow low flow
Artic Silver 3 Thermal Compound
Micron 512MB PC 2700 DDR (single stick)
Geforce 2 GTS 32MB
Soundblaster Live 5.1
40GB Maxtor 7200 Fluid Bearing
Antec Truepower 330W
Panaflow low flow case fan

If any more info is needed let me know, thanks 🙂

are you overclocking?

what are you ram timings?

if not overclocking, it sounds like your RAM timings are too tight... you may need to relax your ram timings or up your vdimm voltage a notch... that usually works for me 🙂

Not sure if the voltage is dropping, just started a recording of voltage using probe.
I'm not overclocking, how would I check my timings and voltage for the RAM?

Thanks
