Asus a7n8x deluxe overclocking problem

I try to set the multiplier on my asus a7n8x deluxe on 7.5/15 x 165 = 2.4 or something, and i wanna get my athlon 2600 to multiply by the 15, and not the 7.5 so whats goin on

solve it internet gods

is it an Athlon 2600 mobile, or just a vanilla Athlon 2600? Only the Athlon mobile have their multipliers (the"15" side of the equation) unlocked. if it's a vanilla 2600 you would need to overclock the FSB (the "165" side of the equation).

How familiar are you with overclocking, do you know the risks?

yea i'm pretty good at overclocking, and i've had 3 other athlon XP chips overclocked, It's jus tthat this boggles my mind as to why i'm not ALLOWED to change it. It's an athlon 2600 thoroughbred :-\ so says cpuz. so plz, tell me what illegal route i must take in unlocking this little mofo
