Asus A7N8X Deluxe or ABit NF7-S v. 2

I've been reading reviews on AMDMB and I'm having a hard time choosing between the two motherboards. Both motherboards have a few things that I don't like but they are minor.

Can you share some opinions on which board you would get and why?

I bought the NF7-S cause it pretty much had the same features as the Asus, but it was cheaper. I couldn't be happier with it, haven't had a problem with it yet and all the other motherboards I've bought up to this point have been Asus boards. Honestly though you can't really go wrong with either board.

I was reading that the Abit can unlock the multiplier so you don't have to modify the processor, I didn't see anything about that on the Asus board, can the Asus board unlock the multiplier?

Yes, to my knowledge, it can.

T-bred "B" unlocked fine here. Oh and... "ASUS A7N8X Deluxe is a better choice IMO. 🙂"
actually I dunno, I did have a bad flash that temporarily put the "Media Master" OOS, and I'm not alone on that one, so maybe Insane3D is right. Other than that my ASUS has been a great board, and I'm building yet another rig and I'm going with another A7N8X Deluxe again.

do you need dual LAN? do you need $20? that is your decision. i have a NF7-S and it rocks, but i can't really knock the Asus board either. both are good quality stuff.
