Asus a7n8X deluxe AGP pro slot

Yes. The AGP Pro slots provided on most consumer class motherboards is specified to operate with AGP Pro 50 cards.

The other standard is AGP Pro 150, where 150 watts is supplied to the video card. Not many of those around.
