ASUS A7N8X Deluxe = A7N8X Deluxe Version 2?

I have seen ASUS A7N8X Deluxe motherboards advertised and I have seen A7N8X Deluxe Version 2 motherboards advertised, and what i was wondering is if they are the same thing or are they different? Im guessing they are the same but I just want to be sure.

2.0 simply means that they can run a 400mhz part (pc3200 ram and a 3200+ for example) with no problem or bios flash.
