ASUS A7N8X Deluxe(3000+) vs IS7(2.8C)?

What would be the better choice? I plan on ordering a new system in the next few days. I've seen benchmarks where the 2.8C beats the 3000+ but the A7N8X Deluxe seems like the better motherboard. Please help.

I'd pick whichever was cheaper between the two.
