I have a problem with an Asus A7N266-VM. I can get everything else to work, but the integrated lan and sound card do not work. In the My Computer Properties, they both have an exclamation point next to them telling me I've got the wrong drivers. I have downloaded newer drivers and installed them, but I get the same results. I've already re-installed windows over again, but it still isn't fixed. Anyone know what could be wrong? Here's the specs:

AMD Duron 1.3 Ghz
Asus A7N266-VM
PC 2100 DDR Ram
350w Power Supply
Old Yamaha CD-RW
Old Generic CD-ROM
20g Maxtor HD

Edit: Windows 98 OS

Any help is appreciated. I'm trying to get this computer working by Friday, and don't want to have to take it in. I haven't really put together a computer for a while until now, so if there is any glaring mistakes, feel free to point them out. Thanks.

I found installing win98SE was like pulling teeth with that board, You have to install every single driver manually including the 3 ram controllers! You should have followed the directions under 5.3.4 of the manual for the audio drivers, you have to install 2 seperate drivers, 1 for the Nvidia Codec interface, and 1 for the Nforce MCP audio processing unit. As to the integrated MAC controller, I had nothing but trouble with it as well and ended up using a PCI LAN card I had laying around because I couldn't get it to work right. BTW install under XP pro was a breeze but the LAN still wouldn't work for me ;)
