Asus A7N266-C NVIDIA nFORCE 415-D with LAN?

Does the Asus A7N266-C NVIDIA nFORCE 415-D with LAN exist? I've searched everywhere and can't find one with the LAN option included.
Also, does the mobo come with the sound card add-on or is that also an option?
Any difference between retail and oem for this mobo?

I am not sure but if it is the same like MSI 415N there is one.

MY MSI 415N includes a daughter board and land port but it says optional also!

I haven't seen one available with the LAN myself, but the A7N266-C does come with the audio card.

It has no LAN. It uses the built-in sound on the Nvidia southbridge (Dolby Digital) and Asus provides an ACR card for extra connectors such as a digital coax out.

I'm aware of other boards with Lan, what I'm looking for is the specific Asus model
However, seeing as I can't find it anywhere, I'm open to suggestions on 415-D boards. Any comparison sites?

The only Asus nforce mobo I've seen that has built-in LAN so far is based on the 420 (built-in video), A7N266-E. I have both the A7N266-E (420) and the A7N266-C (415).
