Currently I'm running it with dual XP 1800+ but I'd like an upgrade. Does the disable MP check option in the BIOS allow me to use any 266FSB XP's withouth modding them? I'd like to put in two XP 2600+ (266FSB) if I could without moding the processors. I don't want to spend the extra cash for MPs.

I'm aware of this page. I'm also aware that for legal reasons (probably) it can't tell the whole truth. Currently I'm running two 1800+ Palaminos, which the link says can't be done.

you can use mobiles on your board with 1010 bios i believe. also disable MP checking in bios to use the chips. you will need to modify the multiplier since mobiles will default to 6x i believe
