ASUS A7M -266 Would you buy one if you had the $$$$

I found a good deal on a A7M & 1.2 combo,my question is would you recommend one?I see most people are jumping on the A7V but i would rather go with the AMD 760 chipset.I'm not worried about O/C just stability.Are there any known problems or issues with this board?TIA
