Asus A7G Review

a little confused about something.

PROS: Decent GPU; Awesome screen; Integrated TV Tuner; Stylish

CONS: No 7200RPM option; Pricey; No high res screen

seems strange how the screen can both be a pro and a con 😕

ok, i must have missed that part the first time i read through 😛

 
1680x1050 should be available, it would be a great option. most people could still read it, and you can fit a full page length in word.

my opinion of the x1600 has just gone up several notches.

hopefully the january release of the mobility x1700 is in time for notebook makers new designs.

and hopefully someone will stick it in a notebook with a 15" or smaller (14" would be awesome) 1400x1050 screen that only weighs 5 lbs and gets 4+ hours of battery life.
 
From what i read it isn't aval in the US yet. Also i doubt that it will fit in to a 15" lappy just for heat reasons.
