ASUS 9600XT Trouble....please help

I just purchased a ASUS 9600XT card for my computer and im having some problems with it. Ive installed the drivers and everything, but once I finish a computer game the screen is always bright from when it was in the game and its brighter than usual once i exit the game and go to normal windows. Would someone please help........
 
Are you adjusting the gamma while your in a game? Or are you using a utility like Powerstrip? I've seen this when the gamma is turned up and some games don't return it to normal when exiting.
