I just picked up an 7v8x with raid firewire and serial ata model and 2 pc2700 samsung 256meg chips. No matter the combo or the slot all I get is an at first cool now really annoying voice saying "system failed memory test"
Since I have to sticks and neither seem to work in any position should I suspect the mobo or is it still possible to be band or incompatible memory?
