Asus 6800 drivers?

Just got an older used Asus 6800 without disk & put it in with some downloaded drivers from asus. It's not doing UT very well at all. Any hints as to the best drivers for all around use for it and maybe a link. As well I got a blorb to put on it replacing the asus fan. However the holes dont quite line up so I'll have to glue it. What type & where to get the thermal bond for vid cards?
 
I just upgraded my V6800 drivers from the Asus 3.68 to the Nvidia 631 and noticed a big improvement on my system. UT, Q3a and Q3ta at 1024x768x32 are very smooth. I got the drivers from here. Sorry, can't help with the adhesive though.
