Asus 5900 Ultra interferance problem!?

I just installed a 5900 Ultra in my A7N8X (asus nforce2) and i've tried changing irq's and all kinda of settings to eliminate an annoying interferance that comes out speakers through the soundcard.

The interferance reflects hard disk activity and whats on the screen. I first assumed there was a problem with the power supply, so I switched power supplies and no improvement (reason I thought it was the PSU is because the card needs a molex connector to run.)

If this POS defective or what?
