Astaro vs. the other firewalls

i'd like to try out the 30-day eval. of astaro, but before i do that, i'd like to know how it compares to other firewalls.

what are the major advantages of astaro compared other competitive products?

install debian like a real man

have fun....nothing wrong with debian, but trudging through the snow when the sidewalks are clean is just machismoism at its msot flagrant.

Astaro, for the home license price of $50, give you antivirus, anti spam, IDS, IPS (iirc), incredible rule and logging capabilities, as many interfaces as you can come up with, and finally, traffic shaping.

It is fantastic software.

Read Astro's Data Sheet and compare to other Firewall Data Sheet.

There is No Good or Bad Firewalls it depends on what your needs are, and if you can not define your own needs then any Firewall is Good.
