Assuming for sake of argument that Bush wins in November...

Do you predict any major shakeup in his Cabinet? Will Collin Powell stay or go as SecState, will Rumsfeld be shown the door at Defense?

Gone:
Powell
Rice (and Hadley along w/her)
Rumsfeld (and Wolfowitz and Feith, too)
Thompson
Ashcroft
Paige
Chao
Abraham

I'd like to see Ridge and Norton gone, too.

It is a sin even to entertain theoretically the possibility that the Chimp will win. For the sake of America he must not win and all thought and effort should be directed toward that end. He and everybody associated with him must be swept up and away as if a dog show had just ended.

Sad thing is that John Kerry is not a good candidate....I would rather have Gephardt or Bidden anyday.

And 3 months in Vietnam does a president not make.

Gephardt is a tool.

If Biden were to run, all the neocons would drag that plagiarism incident thru the media for MONTHS.

Bastards!

I guess I'm as bad as them for copying a classmates program in a class that was a complete and utter joke when I was in college. Biden was in college, too, and only got caught doing something many others have done before and since.

We all have done wrong. We all think we've done right.

Being one of the few resident Conservative Republicans here, I dont see much shakeup.
Rumseld is the biggest question. And Rummy isnt going anywhere. He gets bad liberal press, and some of us conservatives arent entirely happy with what appears to have gone on.. but I never assume I know everything as much of any war is kept a secret for security reasons.
I think we need more boots on the ground in Iraq.. twice as many or more as Powell said.
But I trust Rummys judgement more than I trust my CommieNN sources (esp in a political year) and my examination of the liberal medias articles. I dont think hes going anywhere.
I am hoping somewhere along the lines that Rice is named Vice President to face Hillary in '08.

I am hoping that the Clintons (the only saving grace these days to the ailing, divided leftists in America) are using all their power to keep Bush in and Kerry out. Because we all know that Hillary wants to be President, and she knows she cant risk going up against the powerhouse that is Bush. A Kerry win would ensure her running on the Democratic ticket in '12.. too late for her, not only will the age hurt, but the Clintons power might drastically wane by that time.. and she knows this.
