(Assumed) terrorists 0wned

Why are there faces covered? Are they afraid they'll scare the US military to death?

More like afraid that one of the guards will be bitten, or catch tuberculosis or something from one of the captives.

thats right, its to keep them from spitting on the soldiers. a little biological warfare prevention 🙂

erm, yeah its a repost, don't know what the big deal is though.
they were blindfolded and restrained (they weren't shackled in some dungeon).
Why this is a problem I don't know.
Considering whom these people most likely are it's a stay at the Hilton compared to what they deserve.

Where are the morals and ethics when suspects are treated like that? Then we complain that US POWs are treated that way by the Vietcong.

(assumed) terrorists- they're probably taliban fighters if not al-qaeda. we'll never know if their terrorists or not.
they're neither POW's nor civilians and thus have ZERO rights according to the U.S. military.
somehow the U.S. government has managed such that they'll never see an American nor foreign court
heck they wont even be held on U.S. land otherwise they might end up under the jurisdiction of a court of law.
god forbid the LAW should restrict the U.S.'s actions.
