I plan to get a A8N-SLI (Deluxe) shortly and have a few questions.
Some of these have already been answered, but most often in ways there are not fully applicable to my case.
* Is 939/NF4 platform still as picky about memory that the 754/NF2 was?
I'd like to use either a noname (Canyon DDR 512MB PC3200 400MHz CL2.5) or a decent (Twinmos DDR 512MB PC3200 400MHz CL2.5). Since I do not plan on OC'ing these would be great *if* they work at all!
* There has been LOADS of talk about PSUs and SLI boards.
I will use the PSU supplied with Antec's 3700BQE case (SL350S SmartPower PSU).
I guess it does not have a 24pin connector.
Would I run into problems using this PSU+mobo with 2 HDDs, a 3500+ and a 6600GT, all stock?
Power-wise that PSU should be fine running that setup, but could the mobo/connector issue cause other problems?
One could start to wonder why I'd go for the SLI since I do not plan to use that option?
