My debit card got stolen so I reported it. My address was changing because I am a college student (new house), so I told them the new addess. They said it would take 7-14 day to get the new address changed and then another 7-14 days to get the card in the mail at the new address. Over a month later and no card. I called them just now and they said the cards were sent back somehow. I never saw any cards and its the right address. Now I have to wait another 7-10 days. This is total crap. I am sick of using my credit card to make some purchases and going to the bank all the time.
