Assigning buttons on Logitech MX1000

i have a kensington bluetooth radio because the one shipped with my dinovo laser desktop recently died. with the new radio, setpoint doesn't recognize the mouse & keyboard. is there any software that i can use to assign buttons.

I would just order a new receiver from Logitech linky this should be what you need $10 + ship and no more problems.
