asshole on ebay

kritical

Senior member
Sold a guy from Canada a 2405 dell on ebay. I undervalued on ups shipping so it would get through customs but customs picked it up and held it. Guy files a complaint through paypal and freezes my money and now is refusing shipment onit so he doesnt have to pay custom fees. If they ship me the monitor back, do I have to give this asshole his money back?

You commited a crime and he's the ahole? BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

yes you have to give the Ahole the money back. if you do not that is theift. hey link to the auction so we see how much..

If you get the monitor back, refund his money minus the shipping costs, all eBay fees, and $20/hr for every hour you've spent thinking about it because he was an asshole.

this is about as bad as the idiot that got pissy because the guy charged him more then on amazon.com and wanted to leave a negitive. sigh people like this is what is wrong with ebay.

"undervalued on ups shipping so it would get through customs but customs picked it up and held it."

Why did you undervalue something? Sounds like you did it? Maybe I missed something.

kritical is a nublar at int'l shipping

ain't that the truth.

It's easy to prove when someone undervalues on shipping...it's a lot harder to prove that it's not actually a gift.

Yeah man, shipping UPS to Canada is seriously not cool

they charge like 50% duties at the border and items usually take like 4 days at the border
