I sold a Pinnacle Pctv Pro tv tuner card to a bidder. The bidder replys back first accusing me that the card is not even what I described it as and the remote I gave with it sucks. I reply back and show him some proof the card is what it was described as and say you got everything as described and as pictured in the auction (7 pictures, high res). He then replys back and tells me that the card dosen't work in his "dimension 3000" and wants to return it. The card is working, I am not a hardware vendor, I am an individual. Is it my responsibility to take the tuner card back because he can't seem to get a perfectly working card to work on his particular system? He even complained that I gave him crappy software, I gave him the latest version of the card's software from the manufacturer's website.... what more could you want?
Anyways should I take the card back, or express that its not my responsibility to because I provided the card as described?
Update 1:
I went ahead and told him that compadability issues are not my problem, I am an individual seller and not a freaking compusa.
He complained to paypal and this is what he says:
To my knowledge the card was working just fine, I had been using it upto the shipment date. I pulled it out and put it in anti-static packaging and mailed it to the guy. If the card dosen't work on his computer its not my problem? But what do I explain to paypal?

Buyer's Comments:
I received the card and some burnt software. The card is not recognized by Windows XP and the "software" crashes every time I try to run it. My computer has gone to blue warning screen errors repeatedly as I try unsuccessfully to get the card to work. I've been up till 3 in the morning for several nights trying to get the thing to work. I offered to pay shipping costs both ways, but the seller says he's not "obligated" to give me a refund for a non-functional product. He says it would violate his "duties as a seller". He suggested I sell the card to someone else, which I will not do because I AM AN HONEST PERSON AND WILL NOT STEAL MONEY FROM ANYONE IN EXCHANGE FOR JUNK.
