Assassin's Creed IV: Worth getting the Steam version?

Amazon has this game on sale for $35 right now. I was considering buying it. Should I go for the Steam or non-Steam version. I understand that I need Uplay to play this game. Most of my games are on Steam and I prefer having my games under one library whenever possible. Any problems running the Steam version of this game?

You have to use uplay either way, but Steam is more painless if you have to migrate your steam installation or reinstall windows at any point and time. Therefore, just get the steam version, it's just the better thing to do.

I bought the Steam version. This way I only see Uplay for like 4 seconds as it loads but I don't have to use it. Still Uplay isn't a bad interface.
